Orders are normally dispatched within 24hrs of your order been received and acknowledged. The speed of delivery depends on the shipment option chosen at point of order. We will always contact you, if we can not fulfil an order within 24hrs. Larger orders can take a few days to personalise and dispatch.  If an order is urgent, we recommend you get in touch to get an true indication of when an order can be dispatched.

We currently ship to UK (Scotland, Wales, England and Northern Ireland) only.

We have multiple shipping options. We currently use Royal Mail as our preferred courier service. 
We offer Royal Mail First Class, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Special Delivery Tracked. 

We readily stock sizes from Small to 2X-Large and Kids sizes.  If there is a requirement for sizes outside of this range we are able to source them. Just get in touch to discuss your requirements. 

We can print in a full colour range with the CYMK spectrum as well as white.

The process we use to apply the prints is called DTF. This uses water based inks. 

We accept file in jpeg, bmp, svg, pdf, ai, and png. If you have a specific file format that is not accepted via the online order process, this can be email over to us.

All orders will receive a photo evidence of the print layout and print colours. These will be either emailed or sent via Whatsapp message. Only once proofs are agreed on, is the printing process started.

Many colours are available. If there is a particular colour you are after, please do contact us.

We stock over 25 coloured foil prints available in solid and metallic finishes.

We can ship products in full white label packaging on request. We will remove all reference to our business from packaging and shipment labels. This is only done on request. 

We do not operate from a store. Please call us to discuss this requirement prior to placing orders. We can arrange where possible for products to be picked up.

We do not normally print on customer provided T-Shirts. The main reason for this is we cannot guarantee a good print. The T-shirts we use have been specifically been designed for printing. However we can print on your provided T-shirts if you are happy to accept the risk of bad print and mistakes on garments. We can not be held responsible for replacement of garments.

We can print almost anything on the T-Shirts. We however will hold the right to refuse inappropriate or offensive content. The customer will hold full responsibility for all claims arising from alleged infringement of licenses, trademarks or copyrights on any requested design.

Personalised T-Shirts, can only be returned where the T-Shirts are defective or where we have made a genuine error in printing, where the product deviates from the order. We ask that all artwork and spellings are checked. We will not be held accountable where the customer has made a mistake. We also can not accept return on wrong sizes once T-Shirts are printed. 

We currently accept payment from all major credit and debit cards. We can also accept payment by Bank Transfers (BACS) on request.
